This is the best, if not, one of the best movies I’ve watched in 2013. Oh, how I love Star Trek.
After my absence in watching movies for a month (due to going overseas, being sick, and all), I went back on swing and watched the sequel of Star Trek last Sunday. Needless to say, I have been waiting for this my whole life (okay, not that long), but ever since I watched the first Star Trek, I have fallen in love with the story.
And the movie awed me. Can’t you believe that IMDB gave it an 8.4, considering it a science-fiction movie?
Anyways, if it’s my place to say, Star Trek Into Darkness is even more awesome than Iron Man 3 (whose review I didn’t write due to it being super over-hyped, so let me spare you of another review that says the effects are great, the casts are great, the storyline is good, and so on, so forth. Just FYI, I’d give Iron Man 3 a 7.5 rating).
Star Trek Into Darkness tells the story of Captain Kirk and his first officer Spock, and their brilliant crew members. There are twists, a bit of drama, cool actions, great effects, and a whole of other things. In sum: it’s awesome.
I don’t want to give you any spoiler because I truly believe that all of you should watch this movie (except if you’re like my Mom, who hates science fiction movies), but if not, by all means, go. It’s really, really an entertaining movie to watch!
